❤ The width of the satin ribbon is 2 cm (0.78 inches).  If you need a different veil width, please let us know when placing your order. Based on our experience of collaborating with professional stylists who have worked with countless brides and have found that a traditional plastic transparent comb is the most reliable and effective option for securing veils in most cases. This type of comb offers a secure hold while maintaining a delicate appearance. Of course, we value your unique style, so if you prefer a metal comb, please let us know in personalization section upon ordering.

❤ SIZE You can choose any type of wedding veil length. Your choice includes selecting the length of the front ("lenght blusher",face-covering) part of the veil and the main length of the veil ("lenght veil", covering the back). We want to note that upon receipt, there may be a difference of up to ±2 cm in the length of the veil from the one ordered due to technical reasons. Also, if you need a veil length different from those specified for selection, choose a longer length and be sure to indicate the required length in the order comments. 

❤ PRODUCTION The current processing time is 2-5 weeks ( depending on quantity and difficulty of particular items, the processing time can be enlarged). We are open to all your ideas to find the best solution! 

❤ SHIPPING The regular shipping time frame is 5-20 days, depending on the shipping location. 

❤ CANCELLATION We start work on your order as soon as you place an order, making all needed preparations, ordering fabric and accessories that will be used. For this reason, we don't accept cancellations and ask you to be attentive and make an order responsibly.
