Cancellation and Return Policy
Custom-Made Orders
We believe in the quality of our work and are confident that you will be satisfied. However, please note that all wedding dresses and veils are made exclusively to order.
As such, we do not accept cancellations once production has begun. Production typically starts shortly after we receive your measurements. Fabrics are purchased immediately, and sewing begins promptly to ensure timely delivery.
In accordance with Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that this right is waived for custom-made items.
Exceptional Returns for Standard Models
We do not normally accept returns for wedding dresses. However, in exceptional cases, we may allow returns under the following strict conditions:
- The item must be a standard model without any modifications (no custom measurements, color, or length changes).
- You must notify us within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- The item must be returned at your own cost using a private courier service (e.g., FedEx, DHL, DPD – not regular postal services).
- A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Refunds are issued only after our team inspects the item and confirms that it is unworn, unaltered, and in perfect condition.
- If the item does not meet these conditions, the refund will be cancelled, and the item will be returned to the customer with payment on delivery (COD).
This return option is offered as a gesture of goodwill and does not constitute a legal obligation. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the conditions above.
