Shipping Policy
Production Time
Production time for all items is 1–12 weeks depending on the item and our current schedule.
If you need an urgent order, please contact us before placing it. We will evaluate the possibility of expedited production. If accepted, your order will be prioritized.
Note: this priority production service requires an additional fee.
We also offer the option to purchase express delivery (in addition to standard shipping). If you are interested, please contact us in advance so we can estimate the cost and delivery time to your location.

FedEx Services
We primarily ship with FedEx, which provides reliable international delivery.
FedEx allows recipients to adjust the delivery time and conditions directly through their website. You have the right to use this functionality to arrange a more convenient delivery window.
In special cases, we may ship with another courier by the customer's request. If this happens, the customer agrees to pay the price difference and takes full responsibility for the shipping timeline and parcel condition.
Order Confirmation and Measurements
After placing your order, you will receive an email requesting confirmation and measurements. If you do not respond within 36 hours, we will start production using standard sizing to avoid delays.
Please ensure that you respond and provide accurate data.
Tracking and Delivery
All parcels are shipped with tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.
We recommend monitoring the delivery status regularly. Unclaimed parcels may be held for 30 days and returned to sender.
Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, we are no longer responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs after delivery.
If this happens, contact your local FedEx office immediately, then notify us so we can support you in resolving the issue.
Import Duties and Taxes
Import duties, taxes, and other fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.

If your order is shipped within the European Union, there should be no additional import fees or duties.
If you receive any request for payment from a third party, contact us immediately before making any payments. -
If your order is shipped outside the European Union, only STANDARD CUSTOMS DUTIES are included in the price. We are not responsible for other internal taxes, as we cannot influence them. In this case, the buyer is responsible for import taxes and related fees.
You may be contacted by government authorities or a FedEx representative.
If you are contacted by any third party (other than our store, government authorities of your country, or FedEx), please contact us urgently before taking any action.
Delivery Information
The customer is responsible for providing a valid phone number with international dialing code.
If the phone number is missing or incorrect, we are not responsible for failed delivery attempts or courier-related delays.
The customer is also responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address.
We are not liable for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from errors in the provided address or phone number.
Damaged Parcels Upon Delivery
If the parcel appears damaged upon delivery, you have the right to refuse it. Please:

Inform the courier and fill out a damage report (the courier is obligated to provide this),

Take photos of the damaged package,

Contact us immediately and share all documentation.
After accepting the parcel, only the recipient has the right to file a complaint with the courier service.
All our shipments are insured, which may increase delivery cost but guarantees added protection.
Peak Season Delays
Delivery times may be longer during peak seasons (such as holidays) due to courier network overload.
We are not responsible for courier-related delays during such times.
To ensure on-time delivery, please inform us in advance if you require your order to arrive before a specific holiday or event.
We will assess the timeframe and may offer a priority delivery option if needed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance. Although rare, customs processes may occasionally delay delivery.
These delays are beyond the control of the seller, the courier, or the recipient.
Undelivered / Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to:

an incorrect or incomplete address,

recipient not available,
-
failure to collect from pickup point,
— the customer must pay for re-shipping.
We are not responsible for delays caused by such situations.
