ORDER
The ordering of a dress is carried out through the website www.tesorosi.pl. The client selects the dress they like and places an order through the cart on the website. Then our employee contacts the client to specify all the details of the order. After that, clients receive an account number to make a transfer. Once the money is received in our account, we immediately start sewing the ordered dress. When the dress is ready and checked by our employees, it is prepared for shipment to the client.
PAYMENT
Payment for the order is made through a bank transfer by the client for the amount of the order. The client has up to 5 calendar days to make any changes to the order or to cancel it. After 5 calendar days, the order may be sent for production, and from that moment the client loses the right to a refund. The client has the right to a refund for the order only until the order is sent for production.
DELIVERY
The cost of delivery is included in the price of the dress. The order processing time ranges from 1 month to 3 months, depending on the seasonality. (The approximate time for making a specific dress can be determined with us via email). It's also necessary to consider the delivery time by courier: within Poland - up to 2 business days, within the European Union from 2 to 10 calendar days, and to other countries from 5 to 20 calendar days.
Upon receiving the package, the Client should carefully check the condition of the packaging and its contents. In case of any damages or other irregularities, the Client should prepare a damage report in the presence of the courier and notify the Seller.
In case of refusal to accept the package or the inability to deliver it for reasons on the Client's part, the Seller has the right to charge the Client for costs incurred in connection with such a situation (e.g., costs of returning the package to the Seller or resending it to the Client).
RETURN
As soon as you place your order, we begin working on it by making all necessary preparations, ordering fabrics, and accessories to be used. Given that each dress is tailor-made to individual measurements and specifically for a particular bride, it will not fit anyone else - we do not accept cancellations and ask for accuracy and responsibility when placing an order.
